The first step is an initial consultation – protected time in the diary for us to meet and simply talk. It’s a gentle space for you to share your story, and for us to explore what you need, what you hope for, and how I might be able to support you through coaching.
If it feels right for us both, we then move forward to the next step. We’ll build a bespoke, dedicated coaching schedule based on the level of support you feel you need, and what works within your budget. In these sessions, we gently explore what is arising for you in your moment of grief. I hold space for you to understand the why and the how – without pressure or expectation.
Each session is tailored to you and your circumstances. You choose how long, how often. This allows us to move at a pace that feels right for you. We open each session with love, care, and remembrance before we slowly peel back the layers of what you’re carrying. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here. I take the lead from you, meeting you where you are, in the way that feels most aligned with your moment of grief. We close each session gently, with reflection and clear next steps.
I personalise each journey based on your needs and your story. Sometimes, coaching may be just for you. Other times, you may wish to include your partner – perhaps with their own 1:1 sessions, or with joint sessions.
This approach allows us to honour both of you as individuals and as a couple. What comes up for one parent may not be the same for the other. It also creates space to explore how grief reshapes your relationship and how you move forward, not just as individuals, but as a couple navigating life after loss.
This is your safe space – held with respect, without judgement, and always in full privacy.
