We all experience pregnancy, birth and its challenges differently. Bina was a lifeline during my infertility journey, which was a real emotional rollercoaster. She had this innate ability to sense when I needed gentle, supportive insight or some space to process my thoughts. Whenever I felt lost and hopeless, she’d offer just the right words of encouragement to help me see a glimmer of light. Her timing was always spot on – she’d reach out when I needed her most, but also knew when to give me room to process my feelings. She’s an incredible person who has been through this herself, and her empathy and understanding made all the difference. If you are on the fence about needing support – you absolutely do and Bina is honestly the person to reach out to at any stage you may be experiencing.

When I was going through my early pregnancy miscarriage, you naturally expect those that you are closest to, give you comfort during that painful period. However, my mum said “I have had multiple miscarriages just move on, why are you so upset?” or something to that effect. That stung, as I expected the person who would support me through this, ended up being the most unsympathetic, which was difficult to digest. Maybe it’s a generational difference that brought along this reaction.

In that period I spoke to Bina, she was so warm and comforting during this time. She gave me the support of a mother (or my expectation of it) but approached the situation differently, she just knew what to say and gave me other ways to acknowledge my loss, with time, space and gentle nurturing. Even to this day, 7 years later,  Bina will always acknowledge my loss. As she always says “a loss is a loss” no one can decide how big or small that is, except you and that brings life into perspective, giving me the strength to continue acknowledging my loss when it feels right. Her coaching was a breath of fresh air when I could have easily been consumed by my grief, small steps helped move forward hour by hour, day by day. Bina, a huge thank you from the bottom of my heart, for being my savior.

Baby loss grief coaching is a scary thought for some but speaking to Bina stopped me from going down the black hole that is mental health. Thinking I had it all under control after several losses was one of my biggest mistakes. It led me deeper into sadness and I found myself feeling worse. Speaking to Bina helped me open my mind and slowly brought my happiness levels up a notch. I can’t show my appreciation enough and now after welcoming our princess into this world Bina was one of the first people we had to share the news with, and her happiness was contagious! Thank you so much for everything you did and are doing for ourselves and every other person dealing with the grief!

Bina has an intuitive sense of what’s needed—whether a quiet word or a thoughtful conversation that somehow left me feeling clearer, steadier, and more capable.
Her presence creates a sense of safety that allows me to open up and to move forward with confidence. The support she offers—whether small gestures or significant interventions—always feels perfectly timed and carefully measured.

Most recently, I found myself navigating a particularly complex situation. Talking with Bina was instrumental in helping me understand my own feelings and ultimately reclaim the clarity and control I needed to move forward. She is, quite simply, someone who makes people feel stronger, the impact was undeniable. She’s the kind of person you feel fortunate to have in your corner.
